Thanksgiving
We spent Thanksgiving in Michigan with Jamie's family, where I heard from a number of people that I've been a bad blogger-mama lately. Point taken. I've been slack. Here's some shots of the weekend.
Davis & the giant polar bear
Friday, the kids played "Black Friday." Where they got this from, I do not know because none of our family does the shopping thing. It was hysterical.
Making Christmas ornaments
Lots of game playing
Costumes were everywhere
Davis & Mama made a tiny Starbucks run
Jordan's dolly Molly made her first trip to Michigan

Jordan's 7th Birthday
Jordan celebrated her 7th Birthday last Friday. What a wonderful 7 years. Jordan remains a sweet girl. She loves school, ballet, reading, art, Holy Yoga and soccer. She has been excelling in 1st grade and her teacher declared her to be "the best kids in the class!" We are very pleased with who this little girl is. She is remarkably positive in her attitude, reflective, and generous. For her birthday, the other kids in the class made her a birthday book. Each kid made a page and told Jordan what they like about her. They think she is smart, nice, and a good friend.
To celebrate her birthday, Jordan invited three of her best friends for pizza, cupcakes, and a sleepover. She wanted an American Girl doll, and chose Molly, a doll whose story is from the 1940's, so Jordan has enjoyed reading the Molly books and learning about the WWII area. Earlier in the day, she requested a special breakfast with Mommy & Daddy at the Pancake House.
Here are some pictures from the big day.
