Jordan, Tate & Thomas

Jordan, Tate, and Thomas have been best buds since they were about 6 months old. Since that time, all the moms have been trying to get a photo where they are all looking at the camera. The other day, I finally succeeded! Aren't they the cutest?

stella has gotten her first two teeth this week and has promptly learned how to bite. she is also now learning "no-no" as a result! :) look carefully in the photo to see her little "toofers" (as we call them)...

Good Luck, Mira!

Mira is a friend of the family and has been babysitting for us since Jordan was very little. She leaves today for a YWAM Leadership School. We are going to miss her a lot and hope that she has a great experience with YWAM. They are so lucky to have her.

Stella is Loud!

This is one of Stella's favorite things to do. I think a lot of people find it pretty annoying, but we think it is pretty funny.

7 month update

Stella is 7 months old today! She is a super happy girl who likes to laugh and make others laugh. Her developmental skills include: sitting for a few moments, rolling all over the house, rocking on her hands and knees, making lots of noises including a few ma, da, and ba sounds, putting almost everything in sight in her mouth. She likes to take things apart, bang toys to make sounds, and hold a spoon to suck on. She loves to splash her hands in the bathtub. We started eating fruits and veggies this month and so far she has sweet potatoes, carrots, squash, peas, green beans, pears, prunes, bananas and apples in her repertoire. I weighed her tonight and she was 18 lbs. 14 oz. Stella holds her own bottle now and likes to sip out of your cup, too. She likes to be in her johnny jump-up. She still doesn't like to sleep in her own bed and mommy is getting really tired. ;) She loves her big sister so much and looks for her whenever Jordan calls her name. We are really crazy about her and are continually amazed by who Stella is!
