Zoo

We are home from Michigan now, but last Friday we spent the day at the Detroit Zoo. Jordan was particularly fascinated with the camels and the peacocks, of all things. She also enjoyed making the "roars" for the lions & tigers & bears.

Also, if you haven't noticed before, please take note of the fact that Jordan is now pretty much blonde. So much for genetic dominance. ;)

Another fun day

Jordan and I spent a fun day at "Huckleberry Railroad" with some of her cousins while Mom and the Aunts spent a girls' day. Here are some pictures from the adventure: Jordan in her new sunglasses, sharing ice cream with her cousin Chloe, and playing in a stagecoach.

Meeting Great-Grandfather

Today in Michigan, Jordan got to meet her great-granfather Harry and great-grandmother Arliene. We also got to see Gramms and Aunt Hannah, whose visit up North coincided with ours. We had a great long lunch in Ann Arbor. The top photo is our group minus Gramms, the second is Jordan with her Aunt Hannah, the third is a picture of the four generations.

This Wednesday, our small group had a joint picnic with some of our friends' group (Jordan's friend Thomas from school is in that group, too!). We cooked out and played in the water park. Jordan had a great time. Here are some pictures.
